I've been on the road quite a bit these last
few weeks and was only able to get a 1.5 days between my last two
trips to DC. Found myself behind the 8-ball over here as far as
getting these CoNA sheets all packaged up and out the door to you
all. Let me take the opportunity to get everyone up to speed on
where we sit right now.
1/72nd
Scale CoNA:
We are waiting for these sheets to return from
the printers. Last estimate is probably 3 weeks if all the planets
align. For all of you that have ordered these, yes indeed we have
your orders filled with all of the items we have in stock. Once the
CoNA sheets show up, these are out the door.
1/48th Scale
CoNA:
These are all received and packaged. Orders filled and
ready to go less one important item; your 3" CoNA stickers. I'm
hoping to receive these by the end of this week and once they show
up, all 48th CoNA preorders are out the door.
Thanks to all
of you for your patience guys. We have easily over 200 orders that
we need to get out to all of you. Many of you took advantage of the
CoNA Platinum sets; pretty awesome value there!
We
have two new sheets that are now available for shipping. We've
managed to get all of those packaged up and ready to go so order
away! 48-226 and 48-227 are good to go!
The tail artwork on
the VFA-86 Sidewinders jet turned out extremely nice. Nothing like
using the REAL artwork from the actual jet to do up your decals eh?
Turned out fantastic, thanks to Larry Parker for
that!
Finally able to get some Makos out to you as well. I've
been beaten up by a handful of modelers over the years to do these
guys right down in Florida. Happy to oblige!
Craniums up
to you rotary wing guys. Italeri has just re-released their AH-1W in
48th scale and yes indeed, we have plenty of our Whiskey's in the
Mix sheet still available. Bonus is that these are on clearance for
$5.00 so take advantage!
