What's New This Week!

More Eagles this week guys. Some old-school stuff for you from Luke AFB back when they were the RTU for the F-15. Photos courtesy of your bud and mine, Jim Rotramel. Thanks for the references Jim. Right-click, enjoy!

Some of you I'm sure are aware of some web security issues that our friends at Hannants are having right now. Really feel for David, Nigel and the bunch out there; I'm sure they'll get to the bottom of the issues that some unscrupulous individuals have caused for them. We've received a handful of E-mails from customers asking general questions about our site security so I thought I'd address those here.

Our site uses a service called Authorize.net that handles all of our card processing. We've been using this service for the better part of eight years now and have never had a single security issue through 100's of thousands of transactions. None of your card or personal information is ever stored on our servers or our bank servers. Once your transaction goes through and your card is charged (instantaneous when you complete your order) your information is purged and disappears. None of it is ever stored by us here at Twobobs or by our bank.

Some customers in the past have asked us to implement a system where their customer information is stored by us so they can "check out" easier/faster when they come to re-visit our site. If we did that, your information would be stored on a server somewhere and would have the potential of being compromised which is the reason we don't do that. Not saying that this is the main reason that things like this happen but it is one of many and we'd rather err on the side of caution and not expose ourselves to that situation. Bottom line; our site is extremely secure and has been from the beginning. Order from Twobobs with confidence!

Now that I'm back in town, we have some sheets that are going to be released extremely soon. The F-4 Phantom stencils which have been done for a while now as well as the Diana sheets are coming in the next few weeks. I also have a product announcement below for one of the more unique things we've done around here. More below.
Decals In Work!
OK so here we go with the latest and greatest. I have instruction sheet images below for you of the F-16ADF Italian Diana product. All three scales are due soon with the 72nd/32nd scale markings combined on a combo sheet.

The F-4 Phantom stencils are also due very soon and I've included a hi-res graphic of just a piece of each decal sheet so you can see the level of detail on the sheet. Panel numbers etc are all included on this one. Some of you have asked us for stencils for foreign F-4 Phantoms; some use these US style stencils and some don't. Please consult your references to be sure.

Here's the oddball of the bunch,Egg Plane decals!! I've toyed with doing these for years and these are our first two releases. Depending on how these do, we'll release the F-4, F-15, F-14 and F/A-18 Egg Plane sheets that are sitting here in my artwork folder. Those guys are done and awaiting release the next go-round. Cool stuff and something that's definitely different! When you guys get burned out on spending 150hrs on a wheel well, take a break and bang out an Egg Plane!

The first sheet includes Aggressor/Adversary decals from all of the previous sheets we've done in the past. The second sheet is full of the gray stuff to include Tiger Meet of the Americas markings and some test stuff. Nose art, shark mouths, you name it. They're all on there!

I'll be posting instruction sheet images soon!
News on 3rd Party Friends of Twobobs!
Clearance Sale continues on a handful of additional items!

We've made the decision here at Twobobs to no longer carry the Xtracrylics line of paint. Great quality stuff but we just don't move enough of it to justify carrying it in our inventory. Not sure where else you can get it here in the US but hopefully Hannants will find a major distributor for the line in this country because it is a very good quality product.

All Xtractylics paint is discounted to $2.00 each while the larger size bottles of the various clearcoats and thinners are discounted to $3.00. We'll keep them discounted until they're all gone.

We've also decided to clear out our inventory of DACO decals. With our growing inventory slowly taking over all of our storage space here at Twobobs, we've made the business decision to not carry any more 3rd party sheets. Danny Coremans at DACO/ASTRA makes some great products as you all know. You can get these products through other distributors and retailers that he has throughout the world.

All DACO decals on our site are now 25% off until they're gone. Great deal!

Have a great week guys!
